Blitz allows you to get a real-time look at lead activity, user activity, sales milestones, opportunities, etc. This includes being able to see trends in sales, marketing, lead counts, user calls/emails/meetings, etc.  Blitz software provides these results in the form of detailed and customizable reports, a dashboard as well as a customizable “My Blitz” page.

Reports:

The reports within Blitz provide flexibility in terms of filtering, sorting, grouping criteria.  Also, the results can be exported to many different formats including excel.

• Active User List: Lists the users that have logged into the system recently.

• Lead Envelopes: Print envelopes for direct mailings to leads.

• Lead List: Allows you to pull lists of leads based on a particular campaign or all campaigns.

• Lead Log History List: Lists the lead log entries by date, campaign, user, or type.

• Lead Status By Campaign: Lists the breakdown of lead status within a campaign.

• Milestones: This lists the milestones reached within a given time period. This list displays the company, campaign, user, milestone, lead, and date.  Also, you are able to see the time period between each milestone that is reached (along with averages).

• User List: This report displays the users within the system.

Dashboard:

This dashboard is a graphic representation of the lead and user data.  The graphs do have a drill-down affect to where you can click on the graph and it will explode into another graph.

• Number of Leads: This graph shows the number of leads within the system.  You can drill-down in order to view the status and assignment of those leads.

• Lead Log History Activity: The results show the number of calls, emails, meetings, etc within a given time frame.  The graph will allow you to drill-down into the amount of users and statuses for each of the log types.

• Leads Added: This shows how many leads have come into the system within a given time frame.  You can drill down on the graphs to see the statuses, user creation

• Milestones: This graph will display the current lead milestones for a given campaign or campaigns.

• Opportunities: There are multiple graphs that show the opportunities by type, category and user.
