Toledo, Ohio – Double A Solutions is proud to announce that Cindy Chen is the winner of the company’s 2021 $1,000 annual scholarship essay. Dozens of students submitted their essays of 800-1000 words and, after careful consideration of each, the Double A Solutions marketing team selected Cindy’s essay as the winner. All students were allowed to choose their essay prompt from a list of six. She selected: Techniques Used by Successful Sales Reps.

But the most important technique that Cindy states are the need to build strong relationships by doing the little things. That is critical to earning new clients.
“That strong relationship doesn’t develop overnight, of course,” writes Cindy. “It involves following up at opportune times, offering value to the customer in terms of industry or product insight, and remembering past conversations and details about their client (be it a lead or a personal fact about the client).”
