Does your Excel csv spreadsheet contain a first name and last name in different columns? The Blitz sales follow-up software will concatenate the first name and last name for you during import. Just drag the first name and last name into either the Lead Name field or Contact Name.
To map your names as John Doe, make sure the first name column appears as the first field in the Lead Name or Contact Name box.
To map your names as Doe, John, make sure the last name column appears as the first field in the Lead Name or Contact Name box.
