Blitz sales software has added a click to call feature for VOIP users. This feature converts phone numbers from the Lead Log and Lead List pages to links that a user can click on to dial the contact.

Setup instructions:
- Go to Admin > My Company and locate the VOIP section. Select your VOIP provider in the dropdown, fill out any available fields (some providers ask for more information), and check the “Enable Click To Call Plugin” checkbox. Click Save on the bottom right.
- Once this is configured, each user that would like to use the integration needs to fill out their login information for the provider in My Profile under the “VOIP Settings” section.
Using click to call:
On the Lead Log and all Lead Lists the phone numbers are highlighted (highlight color depends on your VOIP provider – green in this example). Any highlighted phone number can be clicked, which will begin an outbound phone call to that number.
