Blitz has updated Workflow to support appointments added to users’ schedules the same day a new web lead drops into Blitz.
- The appointment(s) are triggered when the new lead is auto assigned
- If the lead is added to Blitz after the specified appointment time, the appointment will not be added. This is to prevent unnecessary appointments; for example, when a new lead is added at 11pm there is no need for additional appointments that day.
Lead Engagement Enhancement
The Engagement tab in the Lead Log now allows users to view the last email that was delivered, opened, marked as SPAM, and other actions. Simply click on a section of the pie chart, and a pop-up will appear with the email and details for the last email event in that section.
Lead Log Action & Quick Action
Lead Log “Type” has been changed to Lead Log “Action,” and “Quick Add” is now “Quick Action” to better describe the features. Keep in mind both dropdowns can be customized in the Administration tab in the menu.
Saving Quick Assign & Quick Actions with a custom note
Users are now able to save a customized note when using a Quick Action or Quick Add in the Lead Log, along with the pre-configured note attached to the Quick Action or Quick Add. To save an additional note, simply type it in the text box before using the Quick Action or Quick Add. If no note is added in the text box, only the pre-configured note will be saved as it previously worked.
