Office Managers: Cross between agency owners and users. They do the high level stuff, but often are more involved in what’s going on with specific leads.

  • Effectively manage the day to day operations tracking sales activities
  • Be able to communicate clear and concise reports to the agency owner (Milestone report, Opportunities etc.)
  • Be able to coach staff (Reading history notes)
