Have you ever been in the situation where you hung up the phone after a great conversation with a lead prospect and realized you forgot to ask him or her some vital information? Or maybe in the middle of the conversation, your mind blanked and you couldn’t remember where you were going with the conversation? In situations like these, it would be nice to have some cue cards. Using pre-formulated questions in Blitz could be the next best thing. Blitz’s contact management system allows users to enter in questions, and even call scripts, for leads in a campaign. Users can reference these questions and scripts during phone calls, ensuring that they won’t forget what to say.
Setting up questions couldn’t be easier:
- Simply go to your manage campaigns page and click the settings icon next to the campaign you’d like to edit.
- Select the questions tab. From there, you can add a new record, and enter a question into the textbox.
For more information on setting up questions, watch this video. Saved questions are viewable from the questions tab, and you can quickly edit one if you decide to word it differently. Questions also appear on the lead log history screen when you, or Blitz’s lead pop feature, access a lead’s information. Users can enter in questions right away since questions also automatically paste into the history box.
In addition to being easy to set up, configuring questions for your lead campaigns allows for faster history entries, smoother conversations, and less anxiety.
The only difficult part is coming up with the questions.
