Are you trying to track your leads or employees, or trying to pull certain information from your Blitz Sales Follow-Up Software account, and aren’t sure which report to run? Blitz can be used to track virtually anything you want it to, it’s just a matter of knowing where to go to find it.  Keep in mind that many of these reports are only valid if you are updating information correctly in Blitz.  Make sure your account is customized the way you would like, your staff is using the lead tracking system correctly, and you are adding and updating opportunities when you run a quote/estimate or make/lose a sale.  Listed below are common scenarios and how to obtain the desired information:

  • I want to see how many phone calls made, emails sent, etc. by a user.  Go to Administration > Reporting > User Activity.  Select a user and date range and click Generate Report.
  • I want to see how many milestones a particular user has reached.  Go to Administration > Reporting > User Activity.  Select a user and date range and click Generate Report.
  • I want to see which users are logging into Blitz.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Active User List.
  • I want a list of all communications made by a particular user, including the lead information.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Lead Long History List.  Select an Author, and filter it by campaign or log type if desired. Click Generate Report.
  • I want a list of all emails sent out this month.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Lead Long History List.  For Log Type, select “Sent Email” and click Generate Report.
  • I want to see which leads marked our emails as spam.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Lead Long History List.  For Log Type, select “Email SPAM Unsubscribe” and click Generate Report.
  • I want to see how many leads are at each status within a particular campaign.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Lead Status by Campaign.  Select a campaign and click Generate Report.
  • I want a list of all quoted or sold leads this month. Go to Administration > Reporting > Milestones.  Select a date range.  Click the Show Filter Options check box, and filter the Milestone to quoted or sold.  This could be done for any milestone.
  • I want to know how long it is taking my staff to reach Milestones.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Milestones.  Select a date range.  Drag the “User” column header into the grey bar at the top to group it by that column.  At the bottom of each group will display averages for that particular user.
  • I want to know which lead sources we are closing sales the quickest.  Go to Administration > Reporting > Milestones.  Drag the “Lead Source” column header into the grey bar at the top to group it by that column.  At the bottom of each group will display averages for that particular lead source.
  • I want to see how many pending, won, or lost sales we have.  Go to Leads > Opportunities.  Drag the “Status” column header into the grey bar at the top to group it by that column.  At the bottom of each group will display  the total sales.
  • I want to see which lead source we have the most or least number of sales.  Go to Leads > Opportunities.  Drag the “Lead Source” column header into the grey bar at the top to group it by that column.  Click Filter Options and filter the status by pending, won, or lost depending on what you are looking for.  At the bottom of each group will display the total sales.
  • I want to see which user had the most or least number of sales.  Go to Leads > Opportunities.  Drag the “Assigned to” column header into the grey bar at the top to group to group the sales by user.  At the bottom of each group will display the total sales for that particular user.
  • I want to retrieve sales projections for the next month.  Go to Administration > Dashboard > Opportunities.  Fill out the available fields depending on what information you would like, and select “Pending Opportunity Projections” in the dropdown that defaults to “Won Opportunities.”
  • I want a snapshot of how many leads we have in each campaign.   Go to Administration > Dashboard > Number of Leads.  Leads will be listed by campaign in a bar graph.
  • I want to see how many leads have been added by a particular user.  Go to Administration > Dashboard > Leads Added.   Click on the green bar above the campaign you would like to view.  Another bar graph will appear below.  In the dropdown box above the new campaign, select “New Leads Added by User.”
