When using Blitz to track your leads, you set up campaigns to help keep the leads organized or “grouped” together. When implementing a new campaign, it’s a good idea to use a descriptive title to describe your campaign. For example, an appropriate campaign title might be “Internet Leads” for an insurance company focusing on a leads produced from the internet.
Most times a campaign is a target market (residential, commercial), source of the leads (ordered list, trade show) or even a general campaign such as prospects or suspects. Having this flexibility within Blitz, you are able to configure what works best for your business.
