Within Blitz Sales Follow-up Software you can create custom fields to hold more specific information about your leads. These fields allow you to name the column and change it to a dropdown menu.
To create a custom column:
1. In the Administration tab, select Manage Campaigns
2. Click Settings in the campaign you would like to create the custom column in
3. The Custom Column Headings tab allows you to name the columns as you need and the Custom Column Types tab lets you turn the column into a dropdown list or date field.
