How long have you been an agent?
I’ve been an agent for just over 6 years. We started in March of 2007.
What is your favorite thing about being an agent?
- Number one: being a business owner and having the flexibility that comes from it
- Number two: watching employees succeed in their positions and seeing their growth.
- Number three: taking care of clients, making them a number one priority, and having them walk out of here better served than when they came in.
If you could go back in time, what would you do differently?
Going back in time, I would go with the proper lead management system… knowing it would save all the quotes right from the beginning, and having them available so that we would constantly be able to mine our database.
How does Blitz Lead Manager compare to other lead management systems you’ve used?
Blitz has far more options and features available to it. The feature I like most is the myBlitz homepage because I can easily at a glance find out what’s in my schedule, what are the pending opportunities for all of my agents, and how many policies were sold for the month. Compared to other systems, it’s the most flexible, user-friendliest, and by far the one we spend the most time in.
What advice would you give to new agents regarding lead management?
My advice to new agents on lead management systems is that you need to get one right from the get-go. Blitz is a great lead management solution because it’s well integrated with other systems, allows the agents and users all of the flexibility needed to succeed, and has all the reporting tools that that you’ll need to help run your business.
