Blitz can help your sales team ask the right questions when trying to make a sale. You can set up questions for each campaign. This allows the callers to be able to follow these questions and also not have to type them in the notes. To set up the questions:
Go to the Administration tab the select Manage Campaigns
2. Click Campaign Settings for the campaign you would like to create questions for
3. Click Add new record for each question you would like to add
When viewing the Lead Log Screen, click the Questions checkbox to populate the text area with your questions.
