Blitz Lead Manager and Bluewave’s integration allows for lead information from Blitz to automatically open on your screen for inbound calls. When the phone rings, Blitz’s web based software will automatically search for the phone number based on the caller ID. Below are setup instructions and a video of the integration in action:
Setup instructions:
- Log in to the Bluewave portal
- Click Admin > Configuration > Extensions
- Select your extension
- Click advanced settings at the bottom of the page
- In empty URL box, copy and paste this string: https://www.blitzleadmanager.com/login/Pages/ProspectCompanies.aspx?mode=QS&SearchField=Phone&SearchText=##CALLERIDNUM10##
