If you have both Call Fire’s Cloud Call Center and Blitz Sales Follow-Up Software, the accounts can be linked so that you can update leads in Blitz directly from Call Fire. This lead tracking integration can be set up in 4 simple steps.
- Import the leads you are going to be calling into Blitz by going to Administration > Import Leads. Put the leads into a new campaign. (See BlitzTV)
- Export the leads out of Blitz. To do this, go to Leads > Lead List and select the campaign that you just created. Click the export to Excel icon. The final column of the exported csv file will contain a link to the lead in Blitz.
- Import the new list into a Call Fire campaign.
- Make sure you have Blitz open in a separate window to enable to information to be transferred, and start dialing your leads using Call Fire’s user interface.

Once a lead is connected within Call Fire you will have a Link1 tab. This will display the lead’s Lead Log screen in Blitz. Just add your notes and follow ups into Blitz and continue on to the next call. Below are a couple of screenshots showing how the lead will look inside of Call Fire after a call has been connected.
