Blitz Sales Follow-Up Software is a powerful sales, and follow up tool that assists you in keeping track of sales leads. To help aid in keeping in contact with leads, Blitz gives you the ability to add follow ups to your schedule and, just as importantly, the schedules of others.

To schedule a follow up for another person in your organization:

  1. Open the Lead Log for the lead from the Lead List page.
  2. Click the Schedule tab.
  3. Click Add new record.
  4. Fill out the information for the follow up in the Add Appointment window.
  5. In the Attendees box, check all users you would like to be assigned to this appointment.

Adding follow ups to another person’s schedule helps ensure the lead is always kept in sight.
