Meet Michael Carroll, Partner at Carroll Insurance. He was gracious enough to answer a few of our questions about how long he’s used Blitz, and why he continues to stay a customer.
Michael has spent the last twenty-seven years helping to protect Law Firms, Pizza Franchises, Restaurants, and Auto & Home Owners. He is considered a specialist in this niche field of insurance and one can quickly sense his passion for the service he provides and the message he has to share with these four niches all around the country.

I’ve been with Blitz since signing up in 2009.
What about Blitz’ CRM software first interested you in the company?
I liked the option of having an automated “scorecard” to manage everything from prospecting to conversion of leads.
What features of Blitz’s CRM software do you use the most? Why?
I use lead follow-ups, which allows me to follow-up automatically and it’s dragged into my Outlook calendar so that a lead is never missed.
What does your sales process look like when a new lead comes in?
The lead is entered into Blitz Lead Manager and set in which Group and which Source and dates of follow-up set automatically.
