Blitz offers you the ability to create call scripts for your sales team to use while contacting leads. To create a call script,
- Go to the Administration tab and select Manage Campaigns
- Create a campaign if you have not already
- Click Campaign Settings for the campaign you’d like to create a call script for
- Enter your script in the script text area
- Click Save Script
Now, when you open the Lead Log, check the Call Script check box and your script will automatically populate the Lead Log text box.
